Founder, Lead Injector

Eliza is a registered nurse, certified nurse injector, and the lead injector at Eliza Medical Aesthetics. She graduated with her BSN from UMASS Dartmouth in 2018 and began her nursing career at an orthopedic hospital in Boston. She became certified in injectables in 2019 and has been injecting ever since, working across multiple medspas along the way. She's currently earning her graduate Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and continues to teach her own hands-on training courses for new injectors. In 2021, she founded what is now Eliza Medical Aesthetics, previously known as Injections by Eliza.
As Eliza Medical Aesthetics grows, she prioritizes client safety and outcomes above all, continually seeking advanced training to sharpen her skill and aesthetic eye. Facial harmonization is her specialty, using a combination of treatments, skincare products, and devices to build individualized plans for long-lasting, natural results.
Medical Director
Lisa Lopes, DNP, NP, serves as Medical Director for Eliza Medical Aesthetics, providing clinical oversight, protocol development, and ongoing provider support. A board-certified family nurse practitioner, she brings extensive experience in aesthetic medicine and a strong foundation in high-acuity clinical care. Dr. Lopes transitioned into aesthetic medicine in 2020, receiving advanced training from nationally recognized institutions and mentorship under world-renowned plastic surgeons. Her approach centers on patient safety, ethical practice, and evidence-based treatments.
As Medical Director, Lisa works closely with the clinical team to support safe injection practices, laser protocols, and individualized treatment planning, with a strong commitment to education and mentorship that helps providers grow confidently while maintaining compliance and clinical excellence. Her philosophy centers on natural, balanced results and transparent care that enhances each patient's features while preserving their unique beauty.

She completed her training through Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics and has been working as a Licensed Esthetician since 2021. Elizabeth is dedicated to ongoing education and continuously expanding her knowledge to provide the most effective, up to date treatments for acne, texture, and pigmentation. She specializes in lasers, nanoneedling, chemical peels, and customized facials.
Elizabeth is committed to creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere where clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their skincare journey.
